Welcome to Verde Farm in Mill
Spring, NC. Miniature donkeys, Kunekune pigs, goats, horses, ...oh, and all of our cats and dogs say hello! We jumped into farming a lot like Mr. Douglas and Lisa, we knew nothing. 12 years later we are still learning everyday. Our goal is to create a farm life we love. We will share our journey with you.
Your donkeys are so cute. We had no snow on the ground and 53 degrees yesterday and I was able to give my two a really good brushing. They are such babys.
Hello, I am Linda from Nothin But Country Living and I found you while visiting Daily Yarns n' More. The donkeys are so cute and seem to like having their picture taken. Hope you will come and visit sometime.
I love donkeys! When my daughter was younger she took horseback riding lessons and during her lessons her little brother and I would go and "talk" to the donkey there named Cleo. What a huge personality she had! Yours look like they have quite a bit of personality too!
Hi Amy, Anytime you wan to give Andy a new home ... you just look me up! He is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! We had a jack Paco but he just got so aggressive towards the Haflings that we had to rehome him ... He now livea very happy life with some fellow donkeys. Thanks for sharing your great photos as always. Teri♥♥♥
Of course, I love all the Verde Farm critters... but I am a wee bit partial to this post :) They are simply adorable... great shots of your darlin' donks!! Thanks for sharing them with us. -Tammy
Oh your donkeys make me smile! Years ago as a girl my best friend had a Donkey and he had the softest little face. I remember feeding him carrots.I also remember riding him and if he didn't want to go anywhere there you sat. LOL Cheri
Too cute, wish I could bring the grand-daughter over for a ride (of course, then she'd want one). And no, Grandma's not getting her one!!:)Best we admire them from here.
